June 2, 2006 - The Mid-Fairfield County Chapter of the American Red Cross held its 3rd annual Gala Fundraiser, “Paint the Town Red”, on May 20th at the Sheraton Hotel in Stamford. The event, held in conjunction with the New Canaan Red Cross Chapter, was attended by over 300 local residents and raised more than $300,000, which will go towards supporting local Red Cross services in the communities of Norwalk, Westport, Weston, Wilton and New Canaan.
